From the moment we met Brennen we felt comfortable with him and his quote was reasonable knowing... that hewas to use the best quality of the material for the job. The installation was started on time and every aspect of the job was done professionally and efficiently. What we really appreciated was how tidily thejob was done. After each day's work the rubbish was cleaned up and the job sites made ready for the next day's work. The installation was completed just before Christmas as was promised. We're so happy with our patio and decking and would definitely recommend Laverty constructions to our friends and relatives. I would highly recommend Brennen and his team, very responsive and respectful. From the moment I... called to the last day he happy to work with us to make the process as comfortable as possible and answer all of my question even if it’s outside the usual business hours.Laverty offers are great product and care for the work they do, very tidy and clean and willing to do what ever is required to make and keep there customers happy.I went through about 4 different suppliers before contacting Brennen to do the concrete and pergola for our house and I am happy I choose to go ahead.Thank you.read more

From concept to design, construction and aftercare Brennen has been very patient with our questions and concerns. Brennen’s professionalism is exceptional, he is not rushing things to make sure that everything is on spot. Quality is next to none. I would also like to give a shout out to the boys Josh and Ash as they treated our property with respect and made sure that everything is clean before they leave. It’s now almost 12 mths since Brennen and his team did our Stratco roof over our existing decking.... Given the rain and wind we have had during that time, I am so happy with the workmanship that Laverty provided, no leaks and it’s so solid in high winds. Brennan and the team spent quite a great deal of time at our home during our large project... renovation.I experienced first hand their meticulous eye for detail during the entire build as I was at home during the COVID pandemic last year.All of the boys always came on time and worked hard every day they came onsite and being very fussy myself,I was extremely impressed by their very tidy and professional work ethic.In fact,I was a little sad once the project was completed .The completed project was finished on time and on budget.More importantly,we are very happy with the results and the house looks absolutely fantastic.I would not hesitate to recommend Laverty Constructions to anybody who is in need of any high quality building projects.I wish Brennan and his team all the best in the future,and I know that his business will grow and thrive under his guidance.Dr Mark Long.read more

Brennen and the boys just completed a project at my house. I have a retaining wall which was... hideous to look at, so with a vision in my head of what I wanted to hide the retaining wall, I contacted Laverty constructions. Brennen came when he said he would, talked about my ideas, gave suggestions and as of today I have an awesome wall screening my old retaining wall. Brennen was quick and efficient organising my quote, I also needed my outdoor entertaining area resurfaced, brennen organised a concreter for that also. I cannot recommend laverty constructions enough, their workmanship is outstanding, kept me in the loop at all times, tidied up every day after they left, and just genuinely nice guys. Plus they turned up when they said they would!! Bonus!!! Thank you thank you thank you brennen and your amazing team.
