The team are excited to get the demolition underway at our major renovation project in Bungendore!

New Project: Englorie Park
This is a ground floor renovation of the home consisting of a new kitchen, butlers pantry, floor tiling and skirting and architraves.
We are opening up the rear of the home with some structural work, to install a large stacking door and splashback window.
This will create a luxurious indoor outdoor flow and allow us to bring the outside in, doubling the entertaining space with a new deck and pergola.
Finally, we will be creating a new outdoor kitchen to match the new main kitchen in the home.
We kicked off this one just before Christmas and are well into it now!

New project alert!
Tucked into a picturesque valley in southwest NSW, the historic village of Bungendore is a charming rural escape. Not far from the national capital, Canberra, here you’ll find lovingly preserved colonial buildings and artistic craftsmanship along with abundant farmer`s markets and renowned cool-climate wineries.
We will be transforming this recently purchased, dated property into a character filled, Modern transitional farmhouse.

That`s a wrap for 2024!
Thanks to all our trades, suppliers, consultants, and wonderful clients.
Looking forward to a well earnt rest for a couple weeks and we will be back for a big year ahead, starting on the 6th of January.

Gledswood
A large, split level design, insulated, outdoor living space designed and constructed by the team.
Additional works included glazing, tiling and a full exterior repaint.
Another great result providing comfort and sense of luxury to the home with the benefit of no maintenance and year round usability.

Custom hardwood batten gates and panels we designed and manufactured in-house
Steel frame welded, drilled, and powdercoated black
- 42mm hardwood milled to size @master_woodturning
- Battens cut to length then and oiled using the best product on the market @cutekaustralia
CD50 with Black Ash additive
- Fixed through the rear side of the gate rails through our pre drilled holes for a concealed fixing appearance using black fixings.
- Transported the gates and panels to the site
- Core drilled the required hinge and fixed panels
- Hung the gates with self closing hinges at latches.
A beautiful home deserves beautiful gates.
