Bungendore Project
In just three months, this house has been completely transformed into a stylish and functional family home. The renovation features a new open-plan kitchen with a butler’s pantry, a double bank of operable skylights, a servery window, and a four-metre stacker door—flooding the space with natural light. A custom rangehood ties into the textured feature wall in the living room, which also includes bespoke cabinetry and an 1800mm electric fireplace, perfect for cosy winter days.
The home carries a cohesive oak, blue, and white palette throughout. The spacious primary bedroom includes wainscotting, a walk-through robe with oak cabinetry, and a luxurious ensuite with another operable skylight, heated flooring, towel rails and an elegant French silk shower screen.
Details like hallway wainscotting, shaker-style cabinetry, and custom laundry features—including a dog wash—add both charm and practicality. The main bathroom includes all heated luxuries, a fluted bath, and backlit mirror. Finishes like loop pile carpet, timber flooring, colonial skirting, and detailed cornices enhance the home’s warmth and character.

A special introduction for a special project we just commenced in Glen Alpine.
Due to the size of this home, it required full height scaffold surrounding the building for a safe removal and installation of new fascia, gutter, and down pipes.
We had to get the scaffold up and down before we could start the main part of the project at the back of the home, over looking the golf course.
A huge outdoor living space featuring 200mm hardwood columns with detailed knee bracing, which will add to the unique build it is. These columns stretch all the way up to 6m in height to carry an insulated and opening roof pergola spanning the length of the deck, which provides the ability for year-round use. An outdoor kitchen, heating, and motorised blinds are just some of the further features to this build. New windows and bi fold doors to open out onto the new living space will close out the build.

The `Guest Bathroom` on our Welling Drive project.
The perfect addition to any home is an extra bathroom. We used a mix of mediteranian colours and textures, making this little bathroom pop.

Maximising a small laundry space is achieved by your design and finishes!
Our recent laundry renovation consisted of terracotta tiles and oak cabinetry, which, against the VJ panelling, adds depth and warmth to the room.
By stacking the washing machine and dryer, we were able to create more workable bench space and storage below whilst creating a minimalist appeal, which everyone is after!

Our `Welling Drive` project is complete!
A great result from the team producing yet another beautiful renovation for our clients.
This project consisted of a new main bathroom, laundry, an additional bathroom to the laundry, along with external works, including new fascia, gutter, downpipes, and a roof tile re-bed and point.

Let there be light!
These clients reached out to us explaining they had an issue with natural light in their home.
So we fixed it.
We had to navigate around it being a steel framed home with solar panels, gas and electrical services all in the way, but the results are worth it!
A double bank of big Velux skylights with motorised blinds to control the temperature inside the home, along with slimline downlights over the kitchen bench, inside the web of the sky light truss.

Creating indoor outdoor flow on our `Englorie Park` project was achieved by opening up the back of the house with a large set of stacker doors. Complimented by floor to ceiling sheer curtains, the entry to the backyard expands to a new composite decking space, covered by an insulated roof patio with downlights and fans. These features provide year-round comfort to both the outside and inside of the home. Additionally, it ensures a maintenance-free approach to the future.
